1. What products do you offer?
We offer premium Masalas & Spice Mixes, Ready-to-Eat (RTE) pre-packed Indian vegetarian meals, and freshly prepared dishes through our Cloud Kitchen. All our products are 100% vegetarian and made with authentic home-style recipes.
2. Are your products preservative-free?
Yes. Our spice mixes and RTE meals are crafted using natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives or colors, unless explicitly mentioned on the label.
3. How do I place an order?
You can order directly through [Website / WhatsApp / Swiggy / Zomato / Amazon / Other Channels]. Simply select your items, choose your delivery option, and make the payment.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected locations and products. Availability will be shown at checkout.
5. What are the delivery timelines?
Delivery usually takes 5 days-standard delivery or 3-days express delivery for packaged products and 45-90min for cloud kitchen orders, depending on your location.
6. Can I store the Ready-to-Eat meals? How long is the shelf life?
Yes. Each RTE meal comes with a clearly mentioned shelf life and storage instructions on the pack. Most of our products can be stored at room temperature / refrigerated for specified no of days/months.
7. How do I prepare or consume the RTE meals?
Most of our meals are heat-and-eat. You can microwave, boil the pouch, or heat in a pan for quick serving. Instructions are printed on the packaging.
8. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
9. Are your spice mixes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our masala mixes come with step-by-step instructions, making cooking quick, easy, and consistent even for beginners or busy professionals.
10. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we accept bulk orders for gifting, events, corporate hampers, and retail partnerships. Please contact us for inquiries.
11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
In case of any issue, please contact our support team within 2 days with your order ID and product photo. We will replace or refund as per our policy. Please refer to refund policy.
