Returns, Cancellation & Refunds policy

Applies to: RTE Meals, Spices, Cloud Kitchen Orders

1. Cancellations

• RTE & Cloud Kitchen: Cancellations allowed within 15 minutes of placing the order.

• Spices: Cancellations accepted before dispatch confirmation.

2. Returns

• RTE & Cloud Kitchen: No returns due to perishability.

• Spices: Returns accepted within 5 days if returned in sealed and unused condition.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

• No cash refunds for offline purchases.

• Third pary offline stores may issue credit note as per their policies. It may vary from store to store based on their policies.

4. Issues & Complaints

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 12 hours with photos and order details.
